Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness has an opportunity for an International Trading Coordinator at our facility located in Salisbury, MD
This position is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support for the International Trading Business

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Track and maintain accurate inventory movements between grain facilities into International Trading to insure correct inventory levels
- Settlement of container shipments as well as any related intercompany contracts
- Process vendor payments - ensuring vendor discounts are taken with invoices paid timely and within terms
- Support the International team through research and problem resolutions as needed
- Work with merchandisers to ensure contract balances are current and old contracts are closed
- Coordination and resolution of customer and vendor issues and inquiries
- Assist with the research and resolution of Accounts Receivable collection issues
- Entry of credit memos for product claims
- Monitor AP mailbox for incoming documents and print daily
- Develop and maintain various business reports
- Perform other functions and tasks as directed by supervisor
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent
AA Degree in Accounting preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3 - 5 years related experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Understanding of standard software applications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong math and communication skills
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Normal climate controlled office environment
- Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment
- Able to move freely throughout the facility
