By serving as a resource for Regenerative Agriculture farming, we strive to make a positive impact not only on the land, but also on the lives of farmers and food consumers everywhere. We are looking for an International Regulatory Product Consultant to ensure our Products and Operations meet both the domestic and foreign standards and regulations of the industry.

The International Regulatory Product Consultant will ensure AEA compliance with all industry legal, international and internal regulations. To succeed in this role, you should have international regulatory experience and be willing to speak your mind and stand by your decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. Your goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Ensure International company and product compliance to help drive international growth
  • Help further develop and implement our effective regulatory compliance program
  • Assist Director in creating sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
  • Help draft and revise company policies
  • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
  • Work with Director to set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
  • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer
  • Experience in International product and company compliance
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
  • Familiarity with Foreign and Domestic Industry practices and professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Integrity and professional ethics
  • Business acumen
  • Teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
