Job description

Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud. A home that anticipates our needs, takes care of us and our families, keeps us safe and healthy, and saves money and energy.
International Expansion is a critical function at eero, working closely with multiple key stakeholders, including eero's leadership team, Business Development, Partner Success, as well as multiple teams who make international launch of our hardware and software products possible. You will work cross-functionally to accelerate international sales, use a data driven approach to help guide our international strategy, ensure seamless execution of this strategy and delight your customers by developing scalable infrastructure and processes.
This is a highly visible role in which you will have an outsized impact. International Expansion is part of the broader Business Operations team at eero. This role will report to our Head of Business Operations.
Key job responsibilities
Defining International Strategy:
- Collaborate with leadership and Sales Operations to define eero's internationalization strategy
- Make use of key data to confirm or deny hypotheses, and vet new international launch requests from stakeholders
- Analyze and synthesize key data to make recommendations on international launch priorities, balancing demand and supply to maximize the impact of international launches
- Escalate blockers and tradeoff discussions to decision makers in a clear and proactive manner
- Define and maintain eero's international launch roadmap
Managing International Launches:
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in key stakeholder workflows and deliverables in order to manage the International Expansion program efficiently
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the international roadmap, ensuring follow-ups and handoffs take place in a smooth manner
- Proactively escalate blockers, risks or scope changes, and resolve issues to ensure we deliver timely results vs. our customer commitments and internal expectations
Driving Best Practices & Coaching Key Stakeholders:
- Drive efficient and clear program management processes, and implement audit mechanisms to keep improving the efficiency of your program over time
- Respond to requests and proactively drive issues to resolution with dependable SLAs
- Create self-serve resources to amplify your impact and reduce time to resolution
- Guide Business Development, Partner Success and leadership to pursue international opportunities that drive the highest ROI and help eero achieve its short- and long-term goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- 5+ years of work experience in analytically driven strategy/operational roles
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and delivering results
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive successful business outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High degree of comfort presenting to senior management, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgency
- Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Program Management experience in a consumer electronics environment or related industry
- Fluency with Project Management Tools, including Atlassian Suite (Confluence/JIRA) or Asana

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
