JOB DESCRIPTION: Health system in eastern North Carolina area is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join an established, outpatient practice. About position: Outpatient clinical responsibilities with the option to pick up hospitalist shifts Enjoy a work-life balance with a 4 - day work week System-wide integrated EMR – EPIC Clinic support includes experienced medical assistants, registered nurses, health coach, and annual wellness visit nurse on-site Support from local specialists 24/7 Hospitalist Service for inpatient care Full practice support HOSPITAL: 25-bed critical access hospital, which provides programs and services to 110,000 people in six counties. It offers medical and surgical services, including intensive care, a specialty care clinic, and a dedicated outpatient surgery area with endoscopy capabilities. A 7-bed emergency department serves approximately 16,000 patients per year.
