This position is ideal for a physician who appreciates a flexible work schedule and wants to avoid mandatory 12-hour work shifts or increasing unpaid time for after-hour clinic work duties. There is limited, or no call required, and the schedule is flexible but must be able to round, once weekly for a few hours in person.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage new admissions
- Take care of patient visits, rounding and completed notes based on agreed schedule with facility partners and patient day-to-day needs
- Ensure exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting
- Patient volume is approximately 8 to 15 patients each day
- Appropriate engage with the multidisciplinary care team in building for quality and patient care needs
- Help foster positive collaboration among care teams through open communication
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active STATE license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player
