Internal Medicine Physician -Director

Family feel medical group seeks an Internal Medicine, Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician leader / director in the Lake City / Live Oak, Florida area!!1 hour to Tallahassee and 1.5 hours to Gainesville

Benefits:

• 225-240k base salary plus bonus potential
• 1.5 months off per year, paid
• NHSC loan repayment site, site score is 16

About the group:

• 1 location 1200 acres filled with live oaks!
• 475 team members
• 4 providers
• 750 residents
• 160 SNF
• 110 years in practice faith bases group

About the Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician role:

• 16 patients per day average
• 1 week of phone call per month
• Mostly seeing ages 55 and up
• 4 days in clinic, 1 day in the SNF skilled nursing facility
• day for admin
• 10 exam roomsdental, pharmacy, Podiatry, Audio and mental health services on site.

Desired Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician Profile:

• Geriatrics experience / desire to work with 55 and up
• Leadership experience and desire to lead...Medical Director role as position oversees the clinic
• Someone engaged and present in the community
• Personable person
• Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician BE or BC
