Practice Details- Schedule: M-F
- Inpatient
- Midlevelswill travel to various SNFs/Assisted living in/around Green Bay
- Geriatric work/SNFs
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Full Ancillary Staff
- No Call, No weekends, No Nights
- Part Time or Full time option
