Wellington Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role and will provide clinical services and resident supervision in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services and supervision to residents in an inpatient setting.
- Develop and implement educational programs for Internal Medicine residents.
- Participate in academic activities, including lectures, rounds, and case discussions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and educational activities.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role.
- Active Florida medical license in good standing.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and teaching skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of medical education.
