Job Responsibilities:

As the Internal Body Shop Manager at Rohrman Toyota, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our Internal Body Shop operations. This is a dynamic position that requires both leadership skills and hands-on experience in automotive body repairs. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can seamlessly balance managerial responsibilities and production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Body Work and Painting:

· Perform high-quality automotive body repairs and painting as needed.

· Ensure all work meets industry standards and client satisfaction.

Team Management:

· Oversee one additional team member responsible for offsite cosmetic Body Shop repairs.

· Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team performance and development.

Parts Management:

· Order and manage the inventory of parts required for Body Shop repairs.

· Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize downtime.

Billing and Invoicing:

· Manage billing and invoice transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

· Work closely with the account recievable department to ensure proper documentation.

Account Visits:

· Conduct weekly account visits to the four dealerships to maintain strong relationships.

· Address any concerns and communicate effectively with dealership partners.

Self-Management:

· Take ownership of personal and team performance.

· Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in automotive body repairs, painting, and parts management.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Working Schedule:

1 day a week for account visits, 4 days for Body Shop work. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
