Essential Functions:
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to provide support to our management team excellent customer service to our patrons. A Ticket Intern assists in the day-to-day operation of the Ticket Office. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:
• Learn Ticketing System
• Taking and fulfilling single game ticket orders (phone, internet and walk-up)
• Personally interact with fans and patrons you encounter
• Representing organization in the community
• Servicing new and existing season ticket holders
• Organizing season ticket holder events such as picnics, batting practice, etc.
• Answers questions concerning game times, game delays or rainchecks
• Assisting with Box Office Staff Management (hiring, training, scheduling)
• Assisting in overseeing both Regions Field ticket offices during all events
• Assisting the group sales department daily
• Assisting with tarp pulls when necessary
• Delivering pocket schedules
• Keeping upbeat atmosphere before, during and after games
• Occasional mascot/player appearances, participation in promotions including on-field activities and enter/exit gate sampling, and distribution of marketing material
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to problem solve quickly, work efficiently in an intense environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
• Some heavy lifting is required
• Ticket and money handling experience is a plus but not required
General Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25 lbs up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game
• Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
