Inter Miami CF is looking for a Ticket Sales & Service Intern to work on a wide range of projects in the Sales and Service team.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day activities in the Ticket Sales and Service department which may include but is not limited to assembly of data entry in database systems, processing ticket orders, administrative duties, event planning, etc
- Assist with development and organization of various ticketing programs such as youth sports clinics, theme nights, special bundles, school outings, and more
- Create, manage, monitor, and close out campaigns in Salesforce CRM
- Manage process for data hygiene and scrubbing of data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute ticket sales & service campaigns
- Assist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaign execution
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth
Game Day Responsibilities:
- Execution of on field Group Fan Experience Package and additional assets
- Execution of Group Nights
- Execute set-up and take down of sales table and distribution of promotional items
- Other duties as determined by the Sales and Service Leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree completed or in process in a related field.
- Understanding and knowledge of the MLS and/or global soccer landscape is a plus.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
