Summary
The RPA Developer Intern will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automation solutions and services. Services include assessing client needs for automation, delivering proof-of-concept automations, training, software installation, strategic planning and automation implementation consisting of definition, design, build / development, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to deliver automation consulting services to customers in both onsite and remote settings.
  • Analyze customer needs for automation and develop recommendations on using automation solutions to automate business processes.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the various automation technologies at Micron and their various applications.
  • Analyze Process Automation requirements and design Robotic Process Automation solutions, architecture, and logic.
  • Regularly update partners and team leaders on the progress of projects through regular status reports.
  • Maintain documentation according to team standards, validated practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Play a role in maintaining and fixing deployed RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, IT Security teams, and Automation Developers to deliver high quality automated solutions.

  • Able to rapidly learn and become proficient in selected automation software, technology, and tools.

  • Able to accept responsibility and complete work on a timely basis.
  • Able to perform in various areas of a project at different levels of responsibility, and under changing conditions.
  • Detail oriented and completes work plan(s); is diligent in reaching responsibilities.
  • Understands and applies methodologies, standard processes, and techniques.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet expectations.
  • Focuses on solutions and efficiency; is a self-starter, gets assignments done.
  • Able to handle multifaceted technical problems on a project or support work effort.
  • Understanding or experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere a plus
  • Experience in writing code in C#, Python, SQL, or other relevant automation programming languages.

Education:
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Must be continuing education in Fall of 2024
