Hourly Pay Rate Range: $16.00 - $18.00

Summary of Position
The Production Assets and Archives team is looking for an Intern who is excited to learn about the digital and physical assets managed by the Physical Production department. This unique position provides the Intern the opportunity to work at the Legendary HQ’s office as well as our Production Warehouse. In addition to working closely with executives and members of the team, interns will have the opportunity to attend guest speaker sessions, networking events, and screenings. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Archivist with cataloging physical and digital assets.
- Assist in photographing, and housing physical assets, including props, costumes, and set decorations.
- Manage and maintain digital assets.
- Manage and maintain digital storyboards and art.
- Maintain internal databases of Production Assets and archival items stored at warehouse.
- Other special projects for Production as needed.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (summer/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
- A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in feature film production, born digital assets and physical assets
- Extremely organized
