The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora:
As an Intern for the North America Site Content team, you will actively contribute to implementation of site strategies and campaigns across US and Canada digital. Your responsibilities will include supporting calendaring the "digital storefront" in our homepage, gathering content performance data and insights, conducting industry research, and elevating awareness of new Sephora products and services across desktop, mobile web, and the mobile app.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Assistant Site Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, understand campaign goals from stakeholders, and help execute deliverables that will support overall site strategy.
- Gather valuable industry trends and competitive insights, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
- Support homepage and workorder workstreams, while also conducting quality assurance for homepage programming to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- In partnership with the Site Marketing arm of Site Content, recommend site placement, landing page and targeting strategies for new Sephora brand and product launches.
- Contribute to special projects across all functions of the Site Content team: Site Marketing, Site Content Personalization, and Community/User-generated Content

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour.
