This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027
The Marketing Project Coordinator intern will gain insight into how a Marketing department drives strategy within the organization and delivers the tactics necessary to accomplish organizational goals. The intern will develop skills in project management, print and promotional product production, and process development. They will also learn the importance of optimizing team efficiencies and enhancing marketing productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Learn and utilize project management software (Wrike)
- Schedule and move projects through development and review process
- Develop project blueprints to standardize process and enhance team efficiency
- Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize weekly workloads and requests
- Develop updated event kits with new, fresh promotional materials and digital ordering process
QUALIFICATIONS

- Junior or senior, majoring in marketing or project management.
- 3.0 GPA in major field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and dedication for getting the job done
- Be a self-starter and a fast worker.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles
