ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe
- Experience in editing content and creating visually appealing designs to enhance the overall presentation.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional writing and proofreading skills
- Execute and track all required proposal forms and routing for signature & notarization.
- Proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and style.
- Develop and maintain library and other proposal tools and assets that are reusable for future proposal efforts.
- Works collaboratively with RFP Bid Manager and/or other personnel to ensure RFP response timelines and deadlines are met. Escalate issues to appropriate personnel in order to avoid delays in meeting established deadlines and timelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
