Jonathon Selway Architect’s is a small and growing architecture firm located in Selbyville, Delaware. With an emphasis on design oriented residential and commercial projects, the firm is seeking candidate(s) that possess strong design skills and a desire to create highly detailed and thoughtful buildings. We are currently seeking applicants for intern and project architect positions to work in our office.

Intern Architect:
The ideal candidate would possess a creative portfolio of educational and professional design work with 1-3 years of experience working in a professional design firm. Model making, graphic design, drawing, 3d modeling and rendering are all desirable skills for the position. Revit experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience working on high-end residential projects would be considered valuable. As a small and growing firm, Intern Architects will get to work on many different project types while also experiencing different phases of the design process.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the design team on architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Work with the design team to create architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Assist project architects with construction administration of various architectural projects
- Collaborate with the design team as needed throughout each phase of the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe, and other relevant software
- Strong Drawing, Model-making, and Graphic Design Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail imperative
- Ability to collaborate, learn, and develop professional skills that support firm growth
Benefits
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable)
