Join the Publix Technology Warehousing Support Team as an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst where you will be responsible for understanding business processes, developing project plans, managing projects, monitoring project performance, and developing implementation plans for highly complex technology solutions all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to support our growing distribution network of 10 Distribution Centers and 33 shipping warehouses that service nearly 1400 retail stores and 200,000+ internal team members across 8 states.
In this role, you will be responsible for: analyzing, planning, problem solving, writing, and presentation skills working across cross functional teams. You will also communicate frequently with management, peers, technology vendors, and business unit customers.
Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the process owner to help ensure as we migrate to new system and modernize our current systems, we stay in compliance with federal, state, and local regulation.
• Serve as product champion for complex products, facilitating overall team collaboration and product deliverables; could be in the role of product owner or scrum master on certain products.
• Work with teams to identify risks, remove bottlenecks and impediments, execute schedules, and refine sprint backlogs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to document business and system requirements (i.e., security, capacity, regulatory, scalability, reliability, recovery, and audit), user stories, and refine product backlog for complex technology solutions under less specific guidance; ensure work performed is in line with business strategy.
• Analyze and document business processes, gather requirements based on those processes, and uncover areas for improvement.
• Research business industry trends and report on findings and make recommendations based on those trends.
• Develop and document business acceptance criteria, perform UAT as required, and validate acceptance criteria has been met.
• Serve as contact for system issues and perform problem resolution on complex problems under less specific guidance.
• Provide on-call after hours support for assigned systems and components.

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' Business Systems analysis experience
• 3+ years' experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities.
• Advanced level understanding of business and technical functionality of assigned technology solutions so technology teams have someone who can answer questions on behalf of the business.
• 3+ years' experience in SQL query

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems analysis experience
• Experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile Scrum framework and its application in product development and delivery.
• Experience with COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) Warehouse Management System (WMS) software experience including Blue Yonder, Infor, Korber Manhattan Associates, or SAP
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
