Intermediate Assembler

Description:

Employee will be responsible for harness, electrical, and mechanical assembly including but not limited to routing wires, plugging wires, crimping contacts, make electrical connections with solder, assembling hardware, tightening hardware, complete testing of electronic units.

Be able to use simple hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and direct reading test devices.

Work safely following OSHA and ISO guidelines.

Must be able to interface with computerized work instructions as well as read and follow drawings.

MUST be able to inspect and verify work performed is in accordance with requirements.

Able to become IPC certified in Soldering.

Capable of lifting 20+ lbs. without assistance.

Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisor.

Position Requirements:

Strong PC skills using MS Word, Excel, and applicable software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong initiative & self-starter requires minimal supervision.

Demonstrates ability to lead and work proficiently within a team environment.

Must be able to work overtime during the week or weekend as needed and as defined by supervisor.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
