Interior Designer

Holland Homes is looking for a designer who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position will report to our sales director and will be a valued asset to our sales and marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for facilitating design center previews and selection meetings with clients that include but is not limited to:

- Conducting tours/overviews of included features and upgrade options for new and prospective buyers

- Coordinating and finalizing all selections required for home building process (preparing, reviewing, and finalizing all selections of the home with the homeowner)

- Preparing change orders as required; verifing accuracy of information and pricing prior to submitting for approval

- Knowledge of current design trends with eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills:

- Completed bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Graphic Design Skills are required.

- Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.

- Experienced/Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva and Adobe Acrobat.

- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Must be willing to travel locally if needed.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Hours may vary depending on clients needs but 8-5 pm is standard.
