Responsibilities and Duties
- Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their unique design preferences, aesthetic aspirations, and project requirements.
- Showcase our extensive collection of luxury tiles, guiding clients through the selection process with expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, Interior Designers, and contractors to provide tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury tile design, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to continually enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Ordering, communication, and scheduling of customer's deliveries and materials.
- General maintenance of the working space and showroom.
- Answering phone calls and diagnosing customer issues, questions, and providing assistance.
- Providing each customer with the design and customer service experience they have always dreamed of!
Our showroom can be fast paced work environment. You will work with multiple clients on a daily basis. Be prepared to laugh, design, and connect with your clients all day as you put together their dream home!
Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Interior Design
- Passion for helping others
- Answering phone and taking notes
- Multi-tasking
- Fun, Friendly, and strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Driven and determined to grow
- Basic computer skills (Email, word, excel, etc)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
