Holland Homes is looking for a Staging Coordinator and Sales Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position will report to our director of Furnish, a company under Holland Homes, and will be a valued asset to our staging and home furnishings company. This candidate will assist with staging, inventory, sales, design and purchasing. Candidate must have an eye for design and be self-motivated, detail oriented, budget conscious and deadline driven.
Responsibilities include:
- Candidate must be able to meet fast paced, weekly deadlines.
- Being able to lift more than 50 lbs.
- An eye for interior design and staging
- Staging designer homes and community model homes
- Help manage and organize inventory of furniture
- Customer assistance with interested buyers
- Marketing furniture sales and assisting with social media
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Canva, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel locally if needed.
- Social media skills and experience
