Reid & Associates is assisting a Washington State Critical Access Hospital Hospital to identify an Interim Chief Nursing Officer, CNO for a 4-8 month contract role.
About the Role: As a Chief Nursing Officer, CNO, you will ensure the administration and quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the entire nursing leadership team and to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
About the Hospital: This facility is updated and modern and has a stable and engaging leadership team that is supportive of nursing practices.
Contract: This is a 4-8 month contract role that will include a travel allowance, rental car and housing allowance + daily per diem.
