Interim Cfo

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with CEO to develop long- and short- range operational plans and capital budgets
• Hands-on leader preparing cash flow analyses, budget variance analyses, and internal financial reports
• Reports on hospital performance, including remedies for undesirable trends
• Ensure the timely completion and reporting of all financial data/reports, payroll tax reports, public disclosure reports, and third-party payor reports

Requirements:

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• CPA, MBA or MA strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Previous experience as CFO
• Experience with investor-owned healthcare organization required
