Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Type: Interim
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to facilitate decision-making processes.
Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
Supervise the processing of vendor invoices (approximately 130-150 monthly) and sales invoices (approximately 40 monthly).
Manage banking activities with Truist, utilizing e-banking platforms for payments.
Oversee payroll processes for approximately 40 employees using Paycom.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Extensive experience in accounting management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
