PGP (Papa Ganache Strengths Development Program) was formed at the same time as Papa Ganache Bakery combining two great ideas - that a Vegan Bakery and a social service agency could coexist and support each other’s beliefs. The bakery designed to be a backdrop for services for in community services - a non clinical setting, reinforcing the idea that being part of a community is a healthy, supportive concept that would support and strengthen feelings of acceptance, self confidence, comradery.

We are not seeking just any clinicians, but like minded individuals willing to challenge themselves to provide some of the best behavioral health services available so that making a difference in the lives of children and families is achievable.

Please be able to engage diversified populations while providing the support and education needed so goals can be reached. We believe everyone can find their greatest potential with appropriate supports removing obstacles so goals can be attained. We inspire wellness thru a variety of mediums knowing the possibility exists that children and families with significant issues can do better, and be better. Effective and creative clinicians are who we are looking for that are passionate about wellness and know how to get there.

The work we do is provided in home and community (as appropriate), focusing on strengthening & developing skills to overcome behavioral, emotional, developmental (ADHD, high functioning ASD), & substance use challenges. Therapists meet with clients individually and with their families to address their high-risk needs, assisting in stabilization and developing the skills to increase functioning at home, school and in the community.

Competitive Hourly Pay – LSW/LAC - $67; LCSW/LPC - $77 * First hour of each session is paid an additional $5

• REQUIRED NJ licensure – LCSW/LPC or LSW/LAC
