General Description: This position will instruct, develop, validate, and maintain space intelligence-based training materials at the 319th Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Peterson SFB CO.

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 Annually

Clearance Requirement: Active or current Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility

Location: Work is on-site - 319 CTS at Peterson Space Force Base, CO.

Specific Duties:

• Qualify on, and conduct intelligence-based classroom instruction to include lessons, exercises, and current intelligence updates while adhering to 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other guidance as identified in lesson plans
• Interface with internal and external intelligence agencies as required to update and maintain intelligence-based training materials for multiple 319 CTS courses
• Coordinate instructional activities with the contract task lead and government personnel
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Possess working knowledge of capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of US and adversary space systems
• Possess expert knowledge and experience with integrating space intelligence information into theater and space operations
• Possess intelligence-related experience with mission planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing tactical space operations
• Possess working knowledge of and experience with operational-level command and control constructs
• Possess working knowledge and experience in developing academic materials consistent with Instructional System Design (ISD) principles
• Skilled communicator, and experienced platform instructor capable of reaching an academically diverse audience of military and government civilian including senior leaders
• Completion of Air Force Instructor Course preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility

Required Education:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field preferred, or Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of work experience. Work experience within the space intelligence career field may be substituted for education requirements.
