The Opportunity

The ideal candidate is an advisor with 5+ years of wealth management and investment advisory experience, who is excited and ready to level up their knowledge around:

  • Advanced Estate Planning for the Ultra High Net Worth Family.
  • Tax planning for the Ultra High Income earning individual and business.
  • Exit planning for entrepreneurs.
  • Investment management services for the UHNW.

This advisor would work side by side with the lead advisor and support both our ultra-high net worth and affluent business clients in addressing their multifaceted, multidisciplinary needs.

Compensation

Base Salary of $75,000 to $125,000 Annual Salary (depending on experience)

Discretionary Quarterly Bonus

Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft office products as well as Emoney, Schwab Advisor Center, and any CRM. Experience with Salesforce, Holistiplan, Stratifi, Orion, Estate Planning Tools and Exit planning tools a plus.

Primary Functions:

Perform critical functions as part of a team dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction with exemplary customer experience and results, including but not limited to:

  • Support lead advisor and firm to ensure that client planning services are provided in a timely and complete manner.
  • Attending meetings with lead advisor, take notes, manage key post-meeting action steps in CRM.
  • Build Financial and Tax Plans and manage plan data in relevant planning software.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to take and manage notes on behalf of advisor(s)
  • Enter and execute on various activities and workflows in SF on behalf of advisor(s)
  • Maintain accurate client data in e money and prepare client review documents.
  • Draft correspondence as needed for clients.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients about their plans accounts to coordinate services for team meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate administrative paperwork execution for clients in conjunction with the PFC service team.
  • Manage and maintain organization of private client data in secure file share system.

Secondary Functions:

  • Coordinate multi professional services on behalf of clients / advisor
  • Research anything and everything the advisors or clients need researched.
  • Perform other office tasks as needed.
  • Support related to insurance and alternative investment new business needs of firm clients.
  • Trade customer accounts at various institutions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial planning via an independent BD / RIA; insurance company; wirehouse; or institutional custodian investment company

Series 65 or 66 and 63 Securities license or the CFP(R) Certification

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Driven self-starter

Coachable
