Overview

As an Integrations Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of our products and services with external systems, applications, and platforms. You will work closely with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality support and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Collaborate as an active member of a Scrum Development team.
  • Provide expert-level support for clients and internal teams on integration-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements and troubleshoot any challenges they encounter.
  • Investigate and analyze integration issues by examining log files, system configurations, and code to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
  • Produce knowledge base articles to empower clients and internal teams to troubleshoot common integration issues independently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Participate in regular meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay informed about product updates, features, and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates on the status of integration-related issues.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to clients on optimizing and enhancing their integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL server.
  • Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in VS and SSMS.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Customer support experience
