The Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in seamless information exchange within the healthcare industry. This position specializes in configuring, monitoring, and customizing various health information exchange (HIE) applications, integration projects, and healthcare system connections. You'll collaborate with the technical team to map data flows between diverse entities like provider organizations, state agencies, disease registries, and more. This hybrid position requires in-office presence in Newark at least two days per week.

Essential Functions -
• Collaborate with technical end-users to design effective interface solutions for NJII applications, addressing information management challenges within project scope.
• Thoroughly test data integration components, including configurations, customizations, and new releases, before deploying them to production.
• Lead, train, and mentor an Agile Work Team of Integration Analysts, ensuring project deliverables meet and exceed deadlines through effective utilization of CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, and Jira.
• Proactively monitor system interfaces and Rhapsody integration engines to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential issues with interoperability resources (APIs, VPNs, FHIR).
• Ensure adherence to HL7 data quality compliance standards related to EHR and clinical software applications.
• Leverage SQL queries to analyze ADT and CCDA data, generating insightful data-driven stories that optimize patient care transitions within the state.
Prerequisite Qualifications -
• Education/Degree: Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in information technology; experience in healthcare information systems development and clinical data management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills:
Required:
• Ability to translate end-user business needs into technical requirements, developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Detailed working knowledge and hands-on experience with HL7 interface analysis and development (ADT, orders, results, billing, etc.).
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL Server database structures and queries.
• Understanding of TCP/IP communications and web services.
• Experience with healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, IHE, CCDA, XML, JSON, FHIR, and APIs.
• Experience with Rhapsody and Mirth integration platforms
