About the role: 

OLIVER is looking for an experienced Integrated Designer to join our new in-house creative, content and production agency. 

As an Integrated Designer you will have strong creative skills, be comfortable taking projects from brief to completion, and provide new ideas and creativity while working closely with the client's brand guidelines. You'll also be comfortable pushing boundaries and thinking conceptually about new initiatives. 

Reporting to the Art Director and Associate Creative Director, you will work closely as part of our team designing and producing a variety of materials. In the day to day, you'll be executing great work creating menu & POP creative, digital banner ads, web/app design assets, email marketing, tradeshow materials and more with an understanding ofvisual development for campaigns and brands, and production of print collateral in various forms for marketing. This role is completely remote but you will be spending your time assisting an account based on the west coast (9am PST - 6pm PST). If local, you have the option to work a hybrid schedule in our client's Pasadena, CA offices. 

What you will be doing: 
  • Producing beautiful and innovative designs for website, mobile, banners, print & in-restaurant POP to define campaigns 
  • Responsibility for the full design lifecycle of the project 
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines 
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications 
  • Clearly present your work and able to articulate and advocate design rationale 
  • Produce necessary mock-ups and design visuals 
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team  
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency 
What you need to be great in this role: 
  • 2-5 years of work experience that demonstrates impeccable craft and command of creative concepts, visual concepts, and design across a variety of projects. 
  • QSR experience preferred but not required
  • The ability to design projects with a history of translating strategic thinking into compelling, visual ideas.
  • Be adaptable to priorities of business and produce great work in given timeframes
  • Able to gather feedback judiciously but know when to follow guidelines/vision
  • Understand how to work on a range of designs within brand guidelines
  • Deep knowledge & production experience with integrated and digital campaigns.
  • A strong understanding and general skills around motion graphics and video.  
  • Able to effectively understand and execute against specific brand guidelines
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) skillsas well as Sketch. AE and PremierPro experience a bonus. 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $75,000 to $85,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
