Solution Now Law Firm is hiring a new Intake & Onboarding Case Manager (Remote, full-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Intake calls with potential clients
• Onboarding new clients
• You may also handle a few cases of your own during the treatment phase

Job Requirements

• Reside in California
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury Law Firm required. This position demands proficiency in the California Personal Injury claims process.
• Excellent communication skills: empathetic, personable, and professional.
• Must have strong computer skills - Word, PDF, Gmail, Excel, etc.
• Bilingual is a plus
