Job Responsibilities
- Intake calls with potential clients
- Onboarding new clients
- You may also handle a few cases of your own during the treatment phase
Job Requirements
- Reside in California
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury Law Firm required. This position demands proficiency in the California Personal Injury claims process.
- Excellent communication skills: empathetic, personable, and professional.
- Must have strong computer skills - Word, PDF, Gmail, Excel, etc.
- Bilingual is a plus
