Intake Nurse

We are currently seeking a full time Nurse, for our brand-new state of the art, Portland, OR location. Requirements:

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in Oregon.

Duties:

• Ensure accuracy of intake forms
• Vitals
• Greeting patients
• Explain after care instructions.
• Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

Pay Details: $29.00 to $37.00 per hour
