Job Summary

This is a full time position. Candidates must demonstrate ability and a proven track record in referral intake, health Insurance Verification and document collection. Successful candidates should have ample knowledge and understanding of patient intake and the medical claims process. Experience in customer service, inside sales, billing and collections is a plus. Candidates must be familiar working in an advanced, fast paced, paperless, database driven IT environment.

Qualifications

• 3-years of experience in Intake and Insurance Verification.
• Experience including but not limited to: Network status, fee schedules, benefits and eligibility and revenue cycle management.
• Proven experience working in a team based environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills for this fast-paced environment.
• Highly Computer illiterate.
• Computer Skills: TIMS or applicable data management, Office 365, Microsoft CRM, Outlook, Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
