Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Intake Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in scheduling Initial Consultations (ICs) by effectively communicating the value of our services and inspiring action from potential clients. Our mission is to empower clients to protect their assets through innovative and customized legal solutions, fostering peace of mind for generations to come. The purpose of this role is to assist families by promoting the value of Nelson Elder Care Law and our services, motivating callers to schedule Initial Consultations, and instilling confidence and trust in our ability to address their legal needs effectively. The Intake Analyst will analyze callers’ situations, identify relevant legal issues, and encourage proactive resolution through scheduling ICs.Compensation:

$19.50 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Learn about the firm’s services and how they enhance the lives of our clients. Communicate the value of our services.
  • Answer incoming calls, complete checklists for all calls, accurately update CRM, route calls appropriately, schedule/cancel appointments, and process payments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and schedule ICs.
  • Respond to inquiries from various platforms such as voicemail, website, and texts.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM database throughout the day.
  • Assist the marketing team with various projects.
  • Perform other project tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required. Skills/Abilities:

  • Engaging and empathetic communication style to establish rapport and sell services effectively.
  • Ability to quickly build confidence and trust to inspire action.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, CRMs, and related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of phone customer service experience in a professional office environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience, with a track record of achieving metrics preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods.
  • Capability to lift 15 pounds when necessary.
