We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, with additional potential for commission and bonuses based on performance. This is a fully remote opportunity, and we welcome candidates especially those in CST, MST or PST locations.Hours are 8am-5pm MST.

Responsibilities
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
- Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking, online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
- Exceed phone/sales quotas set by management is expected.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- The preferred candidate will have a background in insurance but must have previous sales experience.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
