Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
Policy Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance plans that align with the client's unique requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Continuous Education: Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Possessing an active Property & Casualty License in Connecticut is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is a benefit.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Client-Focused: A strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.Adaptability: Capable of thriving in an office environment and working collaboratively with the team.Team Player: Aptitude for teamwork, cooperation, and fostering a positive team dynamic.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and modern communication tools is advantageous.
