Burrowes Insuranceis looking for bright, talented, professional,Personal Linessales-mindedproducers for our independent insurance agency.
Our need is for licensed insurance Agents who have lead referral sources (Realtors, Mortgage Agents, Etc.) that referclients to themwho have a need for HOME Insurance.
The agency will provide a wide variety of HOME / AUTO / FLOOD / ETC. carriers for our agents to compete inthe marketplace. In addition, our customer service units will handle all servicing and renewal quotes for the agents.
Salary: $50000.00 - $90000.00 per year
This is a remote position

Responsibilities
- You will present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- You will develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- You will develop processes for attracting new clients
- You will expand business reach through networking techniques
- You will comply with insurance standards and regulations
- You will track and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- 220 License / Producer Lic(Remote)
- 440 License / Customer Service Lic (works in the Agency)
- Highly Motivated
- Previous INSURANCEexperience in sales and/orcustomer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
