Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/ outbound calls daily
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
Requirements
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Prior Sales Experience is required
- Professional phone etiquetts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Minimum 2-3 years prior sales experience is preferred
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but will train good individual
