Insurance Retention Specialist

• Fully remote but must reside in the following states: CT, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, KY, OH, IN, KS, SD, and OK

The ideal candidate will have:

• An active Property & Casualty license required
• Schedule Requirements: Mon - Fri, 10:00am to 6:00pm EST, with at least 1 Saturday a month on a rotating schedule
• 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
• Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).

The primary duties of the Policy Retention Specialist are to:

• Contact policyholders from the agency's existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal.
• Make appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy
• Cross-sell AAA membership sales and/or upgrades.
• Maintain quality rating of customer phone interactions and meet established productivity goals
