$50,000 - $60,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates
- Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates
- Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed
- Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
- Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
- Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
- 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry
