Insurance Recruiter

Our insurance firm is looking for an experienced Insurance Recruiter to help us with our staffing needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You’ll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. Job seekers should be established recruiting experts with a background in insurance hiring who are passionate about getting us the best talent in the industry. $50,000 - $60,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates
• Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates
• Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed
• Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm

Qualifications:

• Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
• Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
• Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
• 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry
