Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Protege. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry while working towards owning and managing your own insurance business within our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand various insurance products, policies, and coverage options
• Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with experienced agents to acquire knowledge and skills in sales, customer service, and agency operations
• Develop strong relationships within the community to grow the client base
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance insurance knowledge and business

Qualifications:

• Must be Property & Casualty Licensed
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
