Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of work experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits industry.

  • Experience with consulting organizations or tier-1 BPO organization experience will be highly preferred. 

ReSource Pro is seeking an insurance operations guru to join our Business Development team as a Principal Solutions Architect. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will engage with clients to understand business objectives that need to be accomplished, assess clients as-is situation and future needs, uncover root cause of challenges in clients as-is business and operations environment, collaborate with clients (and internally) on alternate approaches, develop solutions while balancing the needs of sales, onboarding and delivery.  

In This Role You Will: 

  • Collaborate with business development team by engaging early in the requirements discovery process to understand client challenges, objectives and business drivers.

  • Lead the solution development process; translate and communicates client requirements to various internal teams including clients measures of success; identify various capabilities across ReSource Pro that will form the pillars of the solution.

  • Use expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass consulting, business processes, analytics, automation.

  • Participate in the construction of financial models to align with solution along while demonstrating good understanding of services P&L, cash flow, ROI (Return on investment) and business impact.

  • Collaborate with business development to consult with client on the value proposition of ReSource Pro solution and Support business development with deal negotiation and closure. 

  • Take the lead in bringing onboarding and delivery teams to speed on client requirements, success criteria and alignment of the salient features of the solution. 

  • Serves as point of momentum in the relationship so that the planned scale of the deal, as envisioned in the roadmap, is achieved or exceeded. 

  • Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders towards achieving business goals by building consensus and ensuring understanding of technical matters by non-technical and executive decision makers. 

What You Need To Be Successful: 

  • Minimum 10+ years of work experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits industry  

  • 5+ years of lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment is required  

  • 3+ years of P&C (or benefits) operations management experience, accountability for team leadership, operational results and budget management is preferred  

  • External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, suctioning, pre-sales and contracting would be a plus  

  • Experience with consulting organizations or tier-1 BPO organization experience will be highly preferred 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $108459 - $ 204,970 . The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
