Insurance Policy Operations Representative.

Spherion, in partnership with Homesite-CONNECT, is currently recruiting for a 3-month temporary Insurance Policy Operations Representative where you can work right from the comfort of your home!

Highlights:

• Temporary contract from 6/3/2024 - 8/30/2024 with possible extension
• Training hours: M-F, 8 am - 4:30 pm CST
• The 8-hour shift schedule is flexible after training (can start anytime M-F between 6 am - 8:30 am CST and end between 2:30 pm - 5 pm CST)
• Equipment provided, you will need to provide internet
• Pay Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
• Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the policyholder for resolution
• Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Prior insurance experience
• Data entry skills
• 30wpm+ typing speed
• Excel proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organizational, time management and priority-setting skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Solid decision-making skills, ability to handle conflicts and deal with difficult situations
• Ability to adjust quickly between tasks
• Reliable and accountable
