Join Martin Ottawa Agency, a leading insurance agency that is seeking a talented and passionate Insurance P+C Sales Producer to join our team. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while servicing clients in Detroit, Michigan and beyond.

As an Insurance P+C Sales Producer, you will be responsible for building and expanding our client base, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance policies to meet those needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conducting in-depth client consultations to assess their insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions
- Preparing and presenting insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage options and policy details
- Collaborating with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate rates and coverage terms
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, along with a solid understanding of property and casualty insurance. An active insurance license in Michigan is also required.

Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Active insurance license in Michigan

- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fully remote work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
