Located in Candler, NC, we are seeking a motivated individual that can thrive in a fast paced work environment that has experience in CSR and data entry. This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter and possess the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a professional and goal-oriented individual. This job is in-person and starting pay is based on experience.
Job Description:
- Basic Data Entry Skills
- Adding and removing insurance coverage for drivers
- Making phone calls to drivers and sending Adobe Sign Forms
- Requesting and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Communicating heavily with other departments and insurance carriers within the company via email communications
- Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets

- Previous work experience in the insurance or motor carrier world is preferred but not necessarily a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
