Salary- We have been in Business for 9 years and we are looking to grow. If you are a self confident person who is looking for great a great income opportunity or more quality time at home this might be the job for you! You can work from home, the office, and set your own hours. This job is based on sales not hours. We offer some of the highest commissions in the industry, up to 14% as well as earning renewals on Property/Casualty and Health. We let our SA's build their own book of business, giving them unlimited income potential. The bigger your book size, the more you make. NO set hours, NO salary cap. You need to be licensed to sell Insurance in the State of Iowa. (P/C, Life, Health, or all 3) Get paid for what you can do!!
Responsibilities
- Find new clients
- Build productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals.
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs
- Assist clients who call or walk in the the office with policy questions.
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- Fulfill all policy requirements
- Attend weekly sales meetings
Skills
- Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or Sales Associate is great but not necessary.
- Sales experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- Valid drivers license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
