SalaryResponsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and changes
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Market insurance products to potential clients through telemarketing, cold calling, and other sales strategies
- Communicate policy details and coverage options to clients in a clear and understandable manner
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Retail sales experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems for sales administration
