We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to our Baton Rouge team.

Aflac sales agents work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits solutions for their employees while helping to solve key issues facing small businesses today. It’s a key role with a well-known brand that helps business owners ensure their employees can receive direct cash benefits, unless otherwise assigned, should covered medical events occur.

Bonus Potential in first 3 months!

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.

The position offers a strong performance based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus in your first 3 months and more than $12,500 in bonuses during your first year. Experience is not required due to the industry leading classroom and field training that is provided and backed by a Fortune 500 company that has been an industry leader for over 60 years.
