This job is PERFECT for those wanting to break into the independent agency world - OR - someone who does need (or want) the crazy hours and stress of a big corporate job.

Job is listed as part-time with opportunity for growth. Hours can be flexible within the Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm shift. Looking to commit to at least 20 hours per week. Job is listed as being in San Marcos, CA, where we are located, but really, anywhere in the San Diego or Riverside counties is fine. The job is remote/work-from-home, but we want the ability to meet from time to time in person for meetings so proximity to San Marcos, CA is important.

• Personal lines quoting, servicing, cross-selling
• Commercial lines quoting, servicing, and cross-selling
• May be tasked for attending networking events (if local), or doing some outbound sales calls/prospecting
• May be tasked with outbound calling of prospects and current clients
• Income potential is huge. Base pay PLUS commission/bonuses.
• MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Other states okay, too, but California licensing is a must.
• Must be a team player, enthusiastic, hard working, and care about doing a good job.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
